# About Best Adult Games.

An independent, research-based guide to adult games: reviews, rankings and guides compiled from official store pages, published criticism and player discussion.

## What this site is

Best Adult Games is a research-based guide to adult games. We read what developers and stores say, what critics have published and what players report, then compile it into a review, six scores and a plain-language verdict. We are an aggregator and editor, not a testing lab: we have not played these games ourselves, and every review says so.

Our reviews judge the fantasy a game offers, character appeal and chemistry, flirting and intimacy, and the art and animation that bring its scenes to life. We consider whether the erotic payoff justifies the time, effort and money it takes to reach it. Story and gameplay give desire context, shape the build-up and determine how much repetition stands between you and the next encounter.

## How a review is made

Each review starts from official edition details such as store pages and developer notes. We add substantial published criticism and detailed player accounts, and we compare where they agree and disagree. AI tools assist with research, drafting and revision; a person edits the results for factual accuracy, useful criticism and a consistent voice.

Every review lists the sources behind it and the date they were last checked, so you can check our work. The scores express our editorial judgment; other critics’ ratings are never averaged into them. The Methodology page explains how the scores work and what they cannot tell you.

## Find your next game

Browse romances, erotic visual novels, puzzles, RPGs and character-collection games by genre, platform, store and release status. Rankings use the same six editorial scores for every game, and guides cover editions, patches, costs and what to check before you buy. Steam, Nutaku, GOG, itch.io and independent releases all belong in that comparison.

## Who runs it

Best Adult Games is run by an individual publisher and is not affiliated with any game developer, publisher or store. The site currently carries no advertising and no affiliate links, and earns nothing from the games it covers. Contact details, including how to report an error or request removal of material, are on the Contact and Copyright pages.

## Adults only

Reviews and guides about adult games, with edited imagery and frank discussion of mature themes. For readers aged 18 or older. External sites and the games themselves may contain explicit content.
