# Contact.

Write to us to report a mistake, ask for a correction, request removal of material or make a privacy request.

## Email

[support@bestadultgames.io](mailto:support@bestadultgames.io)

We read every message and reply as soon as we can. The site is run by one person, so please be patient and keep your message to the point.

## What to write about

For a factual error, tell us the page, what it says and what the source says instead. A link to the source helps. We update the page and its checked date when a correction is confirmed. [How we handle corrections](https://bestadultgames.io/en/editorial-policy.md)

If you are a developer or publisher and would like a fact corrected, a credit changed or a page removed, write from an address we can connect to your studio. For copyright and takedown requests, follow the steps on the [Copyright page](https://bestadultgames.io/en/copyright.md).

For questions about your data, see the [Privacy policy](https://bestadultgames.io/en/privacy.md). Because we hold almost none, a request will usually concern an email you have sent us.

## Who runs this site

Best Adult Games is run by an individual publisher and is not affiliated with any game developer, publisher or store.

## Please note

We cannot help with problems playing a game, accounts or purchases at a store, or refunds. Contact the developer or the store for those. This site is for readers aged 18 and over.
