# Adobe Firefly Image 5

Permitted game art and image revisions for teams working in Adobe apps.

- **Availability**: available
- **Where it runs**: hosted
- **Costs**: Image 5 uses premium generative credits in Adobe apps; allowances depend on your plan. Confirm Firefly Services API pricing with Adobe.
- **Adult content policy**: restricted

Firefly Image 5 is an A-tier option for teams that already finish artwork in Adobe apps and want to generate images, then revise them with text instructions. It supports native 4MP output, with generation and instruct editing available through the Firefly API. For adult-game development, keep its role to permitted artwork and promotional assets: Adobe prohibits pornography and explicit nudity. Distinguish Adobe’s model from partner models in Firefly, and check the terms of the plan you use. Beta and custom-model access need separate checks. Adobe’s commercial-safety positioning still leaves you responsible for rights to references, brands and final outputs.

## Commercial use & license

Adobe service and generative-AI terms apply. Check your plan, beta/custom-model provisions and rights to submitted references.

## Adult content rules

Adobe prohibits creating pornographic material or explicit nudity with its generative-AI features.

[Read the policy](https://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms/adobe-gen-ai-user-guidelines.html)

## What you need

An Adobe account with Image 5 access. API use requires Firefly Services credentials. Submit only references you have rights to use, and review assets before release.

Ranks are recommendations for the task described, based on reviewed documentation. Model ranks cover non-explicit development work. We have not run practical benchmarks. Check content policies and commercial terms separately. [How the ranks work](https://bestadultgames.io/en/developers/methodology.md)
