# LTX 2.3

Maintaining established non-explicit audiovisual workflows

LTX 2.3 makes sense for a team whose non-explicit audiovisual workflow already produces accepted clips. Synchronized audio and video generation and a retake pipeline give that setup practical value; an upgrade should improve the shots you actually need. Preserve the full environment, then compare a fixed set of short shots before moving to 2.5. Checkpoints, supporting files and LoRAs are version-specific, so a shared repository is no promise that they can be swapped. The repository recommends 2.5 for new setups. Lightricks prohibits sexually explicit content across hosted and local products, including 2.3.

## Commercial use & license

The license bundled with the 2.3 checkpoint sets a US$10 million annual-revenue threshold for a paid commercial license. Attribution, AI disclosure and AUP obligations apply. Use the terms bundled with your exact checkpoint; the newer 2.x license names 2.5 and later releases.

## Adult content rules

Lightricks prohibits sexually explicit content, including sexual fetishes or fantasies, across hosted and on-premises products.

## What you need

Use a 2.3 checkpoint and the separately downloaded Gemma 3 text encoder. Add the 2.3 upscaler and LoRAs required by your chosen pipeline. Keep 2.3 weights and adapters separate from 2.5.
