Pika 2.5 is worth considering for short stylized motion studies: try a text prompt or animate a still, then judge whether the result suits your game's art direction. Its browser playground makes those early experiments accessible, with API access available for integration. Character continuity needs a controlled comparison before you build a scene pipeline around it. Choose Pika 2.5 explicitly—the service also hosts other developers' models. For a commercial game, check the license: Pika Create's Creator/Fancy plans include commercial licensing, while Free/Starter do not; confirm the rights attached to API access separately. Pika's terms prohibit pornographic uploads, and its AUP requires written authorization for advertising.

## What you need

Use the Pika 2.5 route matching your input. Its text-to-video API documents 5-second output at 720p or 1080p; API calls need a key kept server-side. Check endpoint rates and your plan's commercial rights. Pika Create credit packs cannot fund API usage.
