# Pony Diffusion V6 XL

Continuing a permitted stylized character workflow with compatible Pony V6 adapters.

Pony V6 XL makes most sense when you already have a permitted stylized character workflow, compatible adapters and an approved look to preserve. It belongs to the older SDXL lineage; AuraFlow-based Pony V7 is a separate choice. Evaluate the same original adult character across poses and costumes before relying on it for game assets: one attractive portrait tells you little about a whole asset set. The author’s Hugging Face card contains only a license label, leaving setup guidance and complete commercial terms unavailable there. Read the author’s exact-version terms before production, record the checkpoint version and hash.

## Commercial use & license

The author’s repository labels the model CreativeML Open RAIL-M. Verify the full terms for the exact release, including any added commercial restrictions, before adoption.

## Adult content rules

Stability’s current policy prohibits sexual acts. Its application to this older RAIL release remains unresolved; review the model’s exact terms and any host’s rules separately.

## What you need

An SDXL-compatible GPU runtime and the V6 checkpoint. The author’s file is listed at 6.94 GB; allow extra disk space for supporting components and outputs, and measure GPU memory in the intended workflow.
