Collecting the pictures means learning the shooting and defeating the women whose encounters you want to unlock. The reviewed Steam base includes a finished campaign and Arcade mode. Second Move is a separate paid expansion; its extra women and scenes are outside this assessment. ## Cupid's arrows do the flirting You control Miel, an angel sent into battles built around Cupid's arrows and their influence over women. A brief illustrated prologue supplies the setup, then the plot contributes almost nothing to the encounters. The appeal is immediate and physical: exaggerated boobs and hips, human and fantasy designs, and another woman to add to the collection. Calling the meter affection is generous. It records victories, with no conversations or relationship decisions behind it. Magical desire gives the premise a coercive edge, and sex arrives as a conquest reward. There is little reciprocal intimacy or developing chemistry to soften that. Miel is a recognizable lead, but the bosses mostly remain visual archetypes. Their fighting gimmicks give them more individuality than their writing. ## Boobs compete with bullets Boss damage removes clothing in stages; damage to Miel does the same to her. Stripping becomes part of the fight, which gives the tease an immediate consequence. The presentation also gets in its own way: large side illustrations can obscure bullets near the edges. An enticing distraction is a good hook. A projectile hidden behind the artwork is a readability problem. The controls offer useful decisions. A close-range slash spends mana to erase nearby bullets, while two equipped abilities can provide temporary invincibility or slow time. Different firing styles let you adjust your approach. Auto-fire and a slower movement option help you concentrate on dodging; mouse movement was added after launch. Repeated opening patterns and uneventful enemy waves dull the stretch before each boss, where the shooting and stripping finally come together. ## Affection is earned through repetition Campaign difficulty determines how quickly a woman's meter fills. Lower settings let less practiced players accumulate progress across repeated clears; higher settings award more progress at once. The collection opens a stripping viewer at 50% and the animated encounter at 100%. The goal is clear, but an easier fight also means more repetition before the sex. Gold buys permanent campaign stat upgrades, firing styles and abilities. Preparing a build gives harder bosses a purpose beyond the next picture. The upgrades also create a grind trap: early fights become dull with stronger stats, while later fights can feel excessively durable before you improve them. Much of the difficulty scaling stretches the battle instead of supplying fresh patterns. Arcade puts a tougher gauntlet between you and Miel's additional rewards. Shooter fans get a substantial challenge, but clearing the campaign on a low setting will not give everyone an easy route to the full erotic collection. ## A small interactive porn collection Once unlocked, the gallery lets you browse without dodging. You can revisit clothing states and enter animated sex scenes with a small selection of actions. Those choices change the displayed interaction without developing relationships or branching the encounter. Small loops and limited variations do most of the work. The collection provides some control over the scene, but calling it an elaborate interactive sex simulator would be a stretch. The women have enough visual variety to make collecting them appealing, and their blunt sexual appeal is stronger than their characterization. The scenes vary in quality; rough motion and a basic interface blunt the intimacy of the presentation. Repeated stage music becomes another irritant during affection grinding. Second Move's broader musical offering belongs to the expansion. The base uses a censor overlay by default. Uncensored presentation has historically been a separate access variation, but its availability after the February 2026 engine update remains unconfirmed. Second Move sells additional women and scenes; it is not an uncensor purchase. ## A small price, a larger time commitment At the October 2026 check, the US Steam list price was $1.99 for the base, with Second Move separately listed at $1.99. The base includes a functioning shooter, a browsable collection and animated sex rewards. The catch is time: repeated boss clears become a chore when your main interest is the porn. Firing styles, ability combinations, higher difficulty and Arcade attempts give you reasons to return. Unlocked scenes are convenient to revisit, but the collection contains no substantial alternate stories or character routes. Once stripping each boss loses its novelty, the shooting has to sustain the return visits. Steam listed Windows for the base at the October 2026 check. A February 2026 update added developer-declared Steam Deck support, alongside engine and interface fixes. That maintenance is welcome, though the support announcement does not guarantee trouble-free play with every controller. ## Verdict Epido is a decent budget shooter for players who enjoy both bullet dodging and anime porn. Damage-linked stripping creates an effective distraction, and animated sex gives the collection a payoff beyond nude portraits. Repeat clears make that payoff wearisome, while Arcade keeps some rewards behind a substantial challenge. At its October 2026 US list price of $1.99, the base asks little money and considerably more patience. Its thin characters and modest animation leave little romance or intimacy to reward that patience. It has both. Boss fights and the collection show clothing states, while full affection unlocks animated sex scenes with a small selection of interactions. The animations use modest loops and limited variation. ### How do the erotic rewards unlock? Campaign victories increase the corresponding woman's affection. At 50% the collection opens her stripping viewer; at 100% it opens the animated encounter. Higher difficulty gives more progress per clear, while lower difficulty lets you build progress across repeated clears. Miel's additional rewards are tied to the harder Arcade challenge. ### Is there a romance story with character routes? A short illustrated prologue establishes Miel and the Cupid-arrow premise. Affection measures battle progress; there are no developed dialogue routes or relationship choices. Victories unlock the collection. ### Does Second Move uncensor the base game? No. Second Move is a separately paid expansion with six advertised additional characters, more event scenes and additional Miel content. The base uses a censor overlay by default. Controller movement problems have also been reported, so the support labels do not guarantee trouble-free play on every device. ### What does the reviewed Steam purchase include, and which platforms are listed? At the October 2026 check, the base included the campaign and Arcade mode for a $1.99 US list price. Second Move was separately listed at $1.99; both showed $0.89 sale prices on October 6, 2026.
