Write for the reader
A review should help adults decide which games deserve their time and money. We examine sex scenes, erotic tone, chemistry, character appeal, choices, progression and value alongside story and gameplay. We discuss sex, nudity and intimacy plainly, while keeping criticism non-graphic. We avoid inflated promises, copied store blurbs and invented firsthand experience. We exclude sexualized minors.
Sources and corrections
Official developer and store pages support facts about editions and availability. Detailed positive and negative player accounts, public discussions and independent criticism inform our judgments about the experience. We compare views and read the material we use; a recommendation percentage or a single comment cannot establish consensus. Source links appear at the end of every review.
A material factual correction updates the game page and its checked date. Changes to a game’s scope or edition are reflected in the assessment. If you spot an error, a developer would like a fact corrected, or a source no longer says what we report, write to us using the details on the Contact page.
Tools and authorship
Best Adult Games publishes research-based editorial assessments. AI tools assist research, drafting and revision, and a person edits the results. About and Methodology explain that basis, and each assessment links the material behind it. These reviews do not involve firsthand play. We do not invent human reviewers, credentials, play sessions, player votes or quotations.
Commercial relationships
Scores reflect the editorial assessment. Payment and referral revenue must not influence them. The site currently carries no advertising, sponsorship or affiliate links, and we do not add tracking to links to stores. If that changes, paid or affiliate links will be labelled where they appear, explained on this page and kept separate from the rankings.
Images and third-party material
Artwork and screenshots are edited for this site and credited to their source on the page where they appear. We quote and summarise sources to inform and criticise, and we link to them rather than reproduce them. If you own material we use and want it credited differently or removed, see the Copyright page.
