A dinosaur woman with huge boobs is an easy joke. Making her painfully anxious about finding love is the better idea in DDinosaur with Double D's. She wants affection but hopes nobody will notice that she is a dinosaur, a secret her appearance does little to protect. Desire and embarrassment rub against each other throughout her search, giving the innuendo someone worth caring about.
That search leads through Dr. Leon's therapy appointments, flirtation and a succession of absurd tests. The opening character creator joins in the joke; it is not a serious erotic customization system. Nor is there a graphic sex-scene reward waiting at the end of the appointments. The pleasure comes from suggestive situations and companionship, with a few substantial irritants: clumsy reading controls, narrow choices and a dark turn that can flatten the horny mood.
All those boobs, and still afraid of rejection
DDinosaur looks like a walking statement of sexual confidence and has almost none. She worries about revealing her identity, overreads conversations and wants someone to find her desirable. Her inner monologue turns those doubts into comedy without making her need for affection disposable. The risk of rejection matters because there is a lonely woman behind the anatomical gag.
Dr. Leon's appointments and Hunk's appearances in the waiting room give her people to fixate on. Her attraction to the doctor makes the appointments awkward in a useful way: she is trying to impress the person supposedly helping her understand herself. The game gets comic mileage out of that misplaced investment. Conversations with Mr. Robson at home offer a gentler closeness, built on having someone to confide in even when the narration insists on making it sound indecent.
Sex stays in the setup

The title puts the dinosaur fetish on the table. Suggestive poses, vocal reactions and jokes about anatomy keep it there, while ordinary activities acquire an embarrassing charge. A massage becomes another excuse for anticipation and innuendo. The interest lies in how far a ridiculous situation will go, with little control over an actual sexual encounter.
Completing tests brings costumes, achievements and more jokes, rather than explicit partner scenes. There is no substantial porn gallery or sustained animated sex to collect. That leaves the comedy doing much of the erotic work: a charged exchange can be charming, but a stale joke has no later sex scene to redeem it. Attraction to the heroine helps the tease, yet the game can only keep that tease satisfying for as long as its humor holds up.
Therapy with a side of football

Leon's tests interrupt the reading with matching pictures, memory and observation tasks, rhythm challenges and football. The changing rules give the appointments welcome unpredictability, and the sporting detour can be more engaging than its deliberately stupid premise suggests. Dilemmas ask you to pick an answer amid the nonsense. Those small commitments help the flirtation feel like something you participate in, even when they have limited consequences.
Different answers change jokes and exchanges while the larger story remains broadly shared. Another choice rarely opens a substantially different romance. Timing challenges can also knock the comedy off its stride, and revisiting a favorite activity may mean sitting through the surrounding conversations again. Outfits and achievements provide goals, but much of the fun depends on being surprised by the next test. Chasing the last reward exposes the repetition.
A harsh turn away from horny comedy

At home, Mr. Robson's story gives DDinosaur's loneliness a quieter setting. Vulnerability and attachment deepen her search for companionship, so these scenes can be affecting without leaning on flirtation. The sincerity suits a heroine whose main wish is to feel wanted. What the writing handles less gracefully is the journey between that tenderness and its darker material.
An extended animal-abuse passage arrives with a cruelty the broad comedy has done little to prepare for. It gives the story emotional stakes, but can also make the surrounding jokes feel sour. Later psychological-horror elements push the adventure further from its comfortable dating-game setup. The soundtrack, animated gags and expressive characters give those shifts personality; they do not smooth them over. A player enjoying the sexual silliness has good reason to find the sudden distress hard to stomach.
A fair price for one awkward run

The regular US Steam price was $6.99 at the October 2026 check. That covered the finished standalone story, minigames, costume rewards and Twitch Votes Mode, added in March 2025. Viewers can vote on dilemmas while the player keeps the final say. Audience participation suits the game's outrageous answers and gives familiar scenes a little social life, although knowing the twists dulls the surprise.
Replay is also held back by the reading interface. Limited skipping, no proper backlog and inflexible manual saves make favorite exchanges or activities awkward to revisit. Advancing text with the keyboard and handling tasks with the mouse adds friction. The assessed Steam edition is for Windows, with no separately listed story DLC or adult patch to expand the sexual payoff. The modest price suits a distinctive story to discover once; thin branching and cumbersome controls make collecting every costume a less tempting proposition.
Verdict
DDinosaur with Double D's is a worthwhile one-off for its lewd humor and lonely, appealing heroine. Her desire to be wanted gives the flirting substance, and the varied therapy tests keep the first run lively. The limitations are just as distinctive: sex remains suggestive, romance choices lead to little fresh material, and awkward reading controls make replay a chore. The extended animal-abuse passage is an especially ugly interruption to the comic mood. Its best reward is an odd, surprisingly tender story about companionship. Discovering that story once is the clear attraction; grinding for costumes is much harder to recommend.
