Rebirth Pub already offers attractive women, explicit scenes and relationship endings. Fuller sex voices and new harem scenes sit on its roadmap. They might address exactly what disappoints you about the game, but buying now still means accepting the current presentation. A scheduled update cannot improve the encounter you play tonight.
Use one test before paying: if development paused here, would this version still be worth your time and money? A complete season, an unfinished but compelling romance, or a management game with satisfying sex can all pass. A game whose appeal depends on promised animation or an ending may deserve a place on your wishlist instead. These five games show how to tell the difference.
Check how the available sex actually works
Rebirth Pub’s detailed adult illustrations make Nicole, Irene and Serena more appealing than their small models in free interaction. Explicit scenes and relationship endings are already included, but the interactive sexual controls use chibi characters and the voices are limited. If illustrated encounters and a daily courtship routine are enough for you, that can be a satisfying package. If you want detailed bodies throughout interactive sex, the shift to chibi models is a substantial compromise.
The August v1.1.0 update shows what a delivered improvement looks like. It sped up event presentation and added autoplay to three minigames, with automatic rewards based on your previous best result. Less repeated work makes returning to dates easier. Those changes do not replace the chibi sexual models or deliver the planned harem scenes. Decide whether the women and the existing encounters make the remaining pub chores worth doing.
Wait when the promised upgrade is the thing you want
As of October 6, 2026, HimitsuCP’s November roadmap scheduled new harem scenes and fully voiced sex scenes for Rebirth Pub’s November 19 update. Both were still in development. If hearing the women throughout sex is essential to the appeal, this is a sensible reason to wait. A schedule tells you when to check back; it earns the current game no extra points for audio you cannot yet hear.
Read the promised change against your specific complaint. More scenes can add situations while leaving the same limits on body control. Fuller voices might make a favorite woman feel more present while doing little for a weak ending. After the update releases, check what it actually includes. A revised schedule or a smaller delivery may leave the feature that mattered to you further down the list.
Retire a complaint when the feature arrives
The Divine Speaker’s completed English voices give its three male romances more presence, alongside illustrated sex and a complete fantasy story. They leave the crowded plot, uneven pacing and long wait for flirtation intact. Credit the delivered improvement without waving the other weaknesses through. A finished audio update can strengthen intimacy; it cannot make every slow stretch suddenly compelling.
The Divine Speaker launched before all of its English dialogue was voiced. The October 2022 Fawn update completed that work, and the current base game includes it. A launch review complaining about absent route audio may have been entirely fair at the time. Carrying that complaint into a buying decision today gives you the wrong version of the game.
A sequel on the roadmap may need its own budget
Projekt: Passion – Season 2 delivers a complete second season: returning relationships, animated sex and a directed camera. Its August 2026 update added only a link to the next Steam season’s store page. As of October 6, 2026, Season 3 was listed as a separate game for 2027. A new button is a convenient signpost; it adds neither sex scenes nor sequel ownership to Season 2.
The developer also offers a Season 3 development build on itch.io. Its availability tells you something about work in progress, but it does not establish that the completed Steam season has arrived. Choose Season 2 for its crew, humor and erotic production, then budget separately if you want to follow them into Season 3. Its optional walkthrough is a separate consideration too: it explains decisions rather than unlocking a hidden adult edition.
Find out where the available romance stops
As of October 6, 2026, OBSCURA had two chapters for each of its four masked men, with their third chapters still in development. A favorable chapter outcome gives you a stopping point while the larger relationship remains unfinished. Keir’s guarded care and Oleander’s seductive bargaining can make that time worthwhile. If you want a settled romantic conclusion, however, the current release stops short of the payoff you are buying for.
The developer says one purchase includes future chapters as they release. That answers the question of another chapter charge, but it neither supplies a final scene today nor guarantees a completion date. Try the free first chapter to see whether the dangerous intimacy holds your attention. The current sexual material is non-explicit; story completion should not be mistaken for a promise of animated porn. Buy into this interrupted romance only if the writing already makes the interruption bearable.
An unfinished game still has to earn its price
IN HEAT combines animated sex with security work, nightclub management, Arcade challenges and developing dates. Its August update added a chronological date menu and a Media Room. The same update explicitly said that the exclusive affection-rank rewards had yet to be developed. Gifts can raise ranks now, but those ranks cannot deliver the promised audio or stories while the rewards themselves are missing.
Clients, horny coworkers and interruptions on the job can make the nightclub worth visiting before every relationship system is finished. Grinding affection for a reward that exists only in a plan is a much thinner proposition. The current unlock-all setting opens available content and offers a way around difficult progression. Even this shortcut cannot reveal scenes the developer has yet to make. If the work and sex are already fun for you, play now; let a released addition give you the reason to come back.
