Last Evil sends a succubus into hostile catacombs full of humans and feral monsters. Her mission is to restore demonkind, and sex helps pay for it: a defeated opponent can become a source of Essence for the next spell. The fantasy moves between conquest and vulnerability. Victories and defeats can both produce porn, though they leave her in very different positions of power.
Card battles give that appetite a purpose, and collecting encounters gives each run a tempting goal. The trouble is getting there. Repeated fights can turn the gallery into a chore, while uneven animation makes some new scenes feel like poor payment for the effort. Last Evil is a competent, horny roguelite whose sexual economy works better than its sexual performances.
Lust pays for power and sex

Mana refreshes each turn. Lust carries between fights and pays for cards that tempt or weaken enemies. After a victory, you can spend Lust to harvest a defeated opponent, earning Essence and unlocking the sexual encounter. Essence buys new spells or removes weak cards from the deck. That gives desire a useful price tag: a scene now can leave you short of Lust for a dangerous fight, while saving it for combat means passing up an immediate reward. Sex influences how you build and play the deck.
The merchant supplies a recurring sexual partner and a little continuity among disposable enemies. Building intimacy with her permanently improves the shop across runs, giving repeated visits a lasting benefit. The relationship mostly works as an upgrade system, though. Dialogue and encounters establish fantasy situations without developing much emotional chemistry. The attraction rests on a hungry demon turning sex into survival and strength.
Customization and coercion

Outfits, colours and boob size let you adjust the succubus's appearance. Unlockable clothing adds another target for collectors. Her body stays at the centre of the porn, while human enemies and fantasy monsters supply different partners. Optional belly inflation caters to a specific visual fetish. These choices help a favourite scene fit your tastes, but the cast's thin chemistry remains much as it was.
Forced sex appears in defeats, traps and encounters, and restraints are part of the kink range. Surrender can unlock defeat scenes without immediately ending a run; the penalties make subsequent fights harder. Collecting encounters can therefore mean giving up power as well as exercising it. That suits a submission fantasy, but coercion is central to the experience. Tender intimacy gets little room in these catacombs.
A better view of awkward scenes

The sexual material includes still images and animated 3D scenes. The gallery replays unlocked encounters, and its free camera lets you choose a more flattering view of the characters. Restraint display options add some variation. Once an animated encounter begins, there is little meaningful decision-making; your control is over viewing and presentation. Replaying a favourite from the gallery saves the dungeon work that unlocked it, an essential convenience when so much of the collection takes effort to earn.
Different partners and poses give the collection appeal, but the animation moves mechanically. Skin can look too shiny, faces overreact, and bodies and clothes clip. Moans and sexual effects supply audio without a voiced relationship script, while rough, repetitive delivery can distract from the scene. Last Evil offers nudity, moving boobs and a good viewing angle, then too often loses its erotic pull through unconvincing movement and expression.
The long way to the next scene

Card battles ask you to read enemy intentions, block incoming damage and assemble useful spell combinations. Shielding and weakening enemies form a dependable core, with offensive options offering different routes through a fight. Permanent talents help later attempts, but a random hand can still leave you badly exposed. Once the early floors are familiar, reaching a later opponent again and surviving long enough to unlock its encounter can become a substantial chore.
Fast Mode speeds things along, but the battles still have to be won and the permanent upgrades earned. The dungeon and gallery wear thin together when another unlock needs more work than its animation deserves. As the card game becomes familiar, the scenes have to carry more of the appeal. Their rough presentation makes an exhaustive hunt through the gallery hard to justify, even when the next encounter looks tempting.
Verdict

Last Evil is a worthwhile sale purchase for the way it builds card strategy around a succubus's appetite. Lust and Essence make sexual encounters part of survival, and the gallery gives unlocked scenes lasting use. Its aggressive, coercive fantasy has a clear identity, with little room for intimacy. The repeated dungeon work is harder to forgive: later rewards often look and sound too rough to repay the effort. The resource economy is clever enough to make the premise work, but the performances leave little reason to chase every last unlock.

Questions before you play
What is the sexual fantasy in Last Evil?
You play a customizable succubus who uses sex to gain resources in a dungeon card game. Human foes and fantasy monsters supply partners for still images and animated 3D scenes. Forced sex, defeat encounters and restraints make coercion a central theme. The appeal is sexual conquest and submission; emotional intimacy is sparse. A free-camera gallery replays unlocked scenes, though their animation and audio are uneven.
Which edition does this review cover?
The full Windows Steam game, including its explicit content. Mods and their additions are outside the review.
Is Last Evil finished?
The campaign is complete. The developer called its January 2021 update the last major one.
What does the game cost, and is an adult patch needed?
At the October 2026 check, the complete Windows Steam game had a regular US$9.99 price. Explicit content was included, with no separate adult patch or listed paid scene DLC. The low price helps offset the rough presentation, but collecting every encounter still takes patience.
