LOVE³ has a generous recovery plan for a struggling porn artist: a paying job, a home with three gorgeous coworkers and a romance that never makes him choose. Ichinari's career and sex life improve together along one fixed story. There are no routes to pick or relationships to manage; the fantasy is being welcomed into this household and wanted by everyone in it.
Expressive flirting and animated sex make that invitation tempting. The trouble comes when three relationships settle into a schedule. The warm domestic setup promises intimacy, yet the repeated rounds of dates, reassurance and bedroom encounters too often make affection feel routine.
Three coworkers, three kinds of attention

Iori, the successful erotic manga artist who brings Ichinari into her studio, gives the romance its strongest thread. Their shared artistic ambitions lend the reunion substance. She can draw porn with confidence and still struggle to express herself in company; he needs to believe he can make something worthwhile again. That connection gives her embarrassment a purpose beyond setting up another sexual joke.
Nodoka, another published artist in the studio, enjoys teasing her former mentor. Cheerful devotion and a kinky imagination make her the household's mischievous presence. Akira, the editor, mixes deadline pressure and complaints about unreimbursed expenses with protective affection. Her big-sister persona comes from how she treats Ichinari; the two are unrelated.
Publishing, creative doubt and money give these adults lives beyond the bedroom. They also make Ichinari's constant self-doubt exhausting when three capable women keep rescuing him. Nodoka's enthusiasm for coercive porn fantasies largely becomes a character gag. Workplace power and financial dependence deserve more attention than the script gives them, especially when the household is so eager to reassure its beneficiary.
Boobs, blushes and animated sex

Ishikei's art is the main reason to linger. Rounded faces, rich colors and exaggerated bodies give the women a distinctive look, while Live2D lends their flirting glances, gestures and embarrassed reactions. Japanese voices move between teasing confidence and vulnerability. Even an ordinary conversation can build anticipation for the sex.
The adult DLC adds animated sex and restores nudity in scenes such as bathing and sleeping together. Individual encounters explore different sides of the women, including domination and submission, before the harem reaches its shared sexual payoff. Those group scenes leave little room for erotic chemistry between the women themselves. The encounters are scripted: touch mode prompts brief sprite reactions, and the jump command makes the characters bounce, but neither changes affection or what happens in bed.
The boobs are enormous, especially on Nodoka and Akira. When the animation makes them look like jelly, the effect can become comic. A jiggle setting lets you calm the bounce, although those proportions are here to stay. Anyone drawn to voluptuous fantasy has plenty to admire; whether the movement helps or distracts is a sharper taste test.
Sexual dialogue sometimes belabors the obvious, and not every described action gets a fresh illustration. Strong animated moments share space with stretches where the text carries the scene. Some quiet voice lines also sit awkwardly beside louder delivery. Mosaic censorship remains in the adult package, so the R18 purchase does not deliver completely unobscured porn.
A harem on a fixed schedule

Reunions, studio life and dates lead into a much more sex-heavy second half. The buildup gives desire some weight, particularly around Iori, but Ichinari's recurring uncertainty slows a story whose destination is obvious. Later encounters often return to the same order of women. The shared relationship starts to feel like three individual routines stitched together.
The women interact more as the story develops, yet the premise invites a closer look at polyamory than LOVE³ provides. Jealousy, divided attention and different expectations could give the intimacy texture. Instead, the household stays broadly accommodating. Being wanted by everyone is comforting; watching everyone accommodate the same man becomes less interesting over time.
The reading controls earn more use than the playful touching feature. Auto mode, skipping, voice replay and a backlog make the fixed story easy to follow at your own pace. Extras offers scene replay and an all-unlock option, allowing access to the adult material without completing the buildup. Favorite scenes and performances provide the main reason to return. Another full read follows the same story to the same ending.
What the adult edition costs

The completed July 2019 Windows Steam release separates its base game from the 18+ Adult Only Content add-on. At October 2026 US list prices, each cost $9.99, bringing the adult package to $19.98. The base alone has suggestive comedy and animated characters but cuts the R18 scenes. Native macOS and Linux versions are not listed.
Choose your edition before settling in: base-game and R18 saves are incompatible and stored separately. The optional soundtrack also cost $9.99 at October 2026 US list prices; it buys music, with no sex-scene unlock. Denpasoft separately sells a full adult game and an uncensored artbook. The book does not remove mosaics from the Steam animations.
That combined price is reasonable for a complete, attractively produced harem story with sex worth revisiting. The lack of alternate routes leaves little fresh material for a second read. A patient reader invested in the romance will get more from the lengthy setup than someone seeking immediate porn. Scene replay helps with access, but the strongest encounters still gain from caring about the women first.
Verdict

LOVE³ is an appealing erotic read for anyone drawn to expressive animation and an affectionate workplace harem. Iori supplies its strongest emotional connection; Nodoka and Akira offer distinct pleasures until the script slots them into a familiar rotation. Enormous boobs and generous reassurance suit the fantasy, but exaggerated movement, lingering dialogue and an overly accommodating household blunt its sensuality. The Windows Steam adult package was fair value at its October 2026 US list total of $19.98, with mosaics included. Come for voiced, animated sex and the comfort of being wanted by three women. The predictable romance gives you little reason to read it twice.

Questions before you play
Does the Steam base game include the sex scenes?
No. The base game is the all-ages version with suggestive material; the 18+ Adult Only Content DLC adds the R18 scenes. At October 2026 US list prices, each cost $9.99, for an assessed adult package of $19.98. Both list Windows support, English text and Japanese voices.
Does the adult add-on remove mosaic censorship?
No. The adult DLC retains mosaics while adding animated sex and restoring nudity, including nipples in bathing and sleeping scenes. Denpasoft's separately sold uncensored artbook contains images; it does not remove mosaics from the Steam game.
Can I choose a separate Iori, Nodoka or Akira route?
No. LOVE³ follows one fixed harem story and ending, with Ichinari's relationships with all three women unfolding together. Touching the sprites does not change the romance or select a partner.
How much control do the animated sex scenes offer?
The adult encounters are scripted, with voiced dialogue and illustrated sequences that include animation. Touch mode triggers brief character reactions, and a jiggle setting adjusts the bounce. Neither changes the sexual story. There is no dating or affection-management system.
Can I replay the sex without rereading the whole story?
Yes. Extras includes full adult scene replay with dialogue, plus animation loops. Its all-unlock option gives access before you finish the story. You still need the paid adult content installed; the base game alone does not include those scenes.
Will my base-game saves work after I buy the adult DLC?
No. The all-ages and R18 versions store saves in separate folders and cannot use each other's files. Pick your edition before starting a long read. The adult DLC also warns that Steam broadcast streaming is unsupported and attempting it can cause the game to quit.
