A caretaker job, three attractive tenants and Japanese voice acting are enough to get Secret Pie started. Keeping the attraction alive takes more work. Ian gets abundant intimacy, but his mix of awkwardness and entitlement makes the women’s enthusiasm feel like a favor from the script.
The Adult Version's Japanese voices and animated sex can sell a modest porn game even when its courtship falls flat. Galleries make those scenes worth revisiting; poor text skipping and awkward English make a second read far less tempting.
A caretaker job with unusually generous perks

Ian begins as a shut-in whose parents give him responsibility by appointing him the building’s caretaker. Airi, Mika and Mei turn the job into an exceptionally accommodating sex life. Routine tenant contact supplies a convenient reason to get close, and their proximity keeps the next encounter within easy reach.
Cleaning, repairs and helping tenants happen in the story; there is no property business to manage or repair puzzle standing between you and sex. Straightforward access suits a light porn game. It puts more pressure on the dialogue, though, because that is where Ian’s supposed growth has to happen.
His awkwardness sometimes supplies a joke, but his entitlement and inconsistent reactions wear thin. The women do almost all the work of making the desire believable. The caretaker is convenient to meet and surprisingly difficult to want.
Airi, Mika and Mei deserve better chemistry

Airi’s professional confidence, Mika’s lively online persona and Mei’s withdrawn manner give the main women distinct starting points. Mika brings teasing unpredictability; Mei makes room for gentler attention. When Ian helps with their worries, a recognizable bond briefly emerges.
Then sex barges ahead of the relationship. An ordinary conversation can turn into an encounter, only for the next exchange to act as though little has happened. Helping with a personal difficulty could make Ian seem attentive, yet that tenderness sits awkwardly beside his leering and foolish behavior.
Their looks, voices and moments of vulnerability make the women appealing individually. The script struggles to carry that appeal into a believable relationship with Ian, where sex changes how people treat one another. The abrupt ending leaves those connections unresolved just when they need some emotional weight.
The art and voices do most of the seducing
The painted anime art is the main attraction. Faces, hair and clothing make the women easy to tell apart and appealing to look at, although their bodies are less distinctive once the clothes come off. Animated sex adds movement to the illustrations, and the Japanese actresses give ordinary dialogue and intimate scenes energy.
That animation has limits. Scenes rely on repeated loops and fixed viewpoints, so the movement can be attractive without making the encounter feel as though it is unfolding. Showing only parts of the bodies also weakens the sense of two people sharing the moment. There is visible activity, but little of the connection the romance needs.
Choices, Touch Mode and the cost of rereading
Dialogue responses raise favorability and feed achievements, but the women’s encounters still follow a shared sequence. The points give little control over whom Ian pursues, how a relationship develops or how the sex plays out. There is little sense of committing to one woman or giving up another relationship.
Another run chiefly means changing responses and collecting remaining rewards. Image and scene galleries give you a convenient way to revisit the sex, making them more useful than the affection points for anyone returning to a favorite woman. They add porn replay value without turning the story into a richer dating game.
The free Touch Mode adds mouse-driven contact and character reactions to selected gallery material. It is a welcome chance to participate, but a small one. Its limited gallery interaction does not extend to controlling every story sex scene, moving the camera freely or selecting positions.
The reading tools make another full run harder to justify. Auto advances dialogue, but there is no proper text skip or backlog. Getting back to a choice can mean clicking through familiar exchanges, a chore that the galleries thankfully avoid.
Awkward English also drains the mood. Confused names, unnatural reactions and romantic uses of “bro” interrupt both comedy and tenderness. The Japanese performances carry emotion; the English text too often gets in their way.
The base price and its paid extras

The Adult Version includes Mika and the other base women, their explicit scenes, bonus material and Touch Mode without a separate uncensor purchase. In October 2026, the US regular Steam price was $5.99. It is a released game, though its ending offers little romantic closure. Its value depends on how much you enjoy the existing women and want to revisit their scenes.
Festival, Hidden Room and End Roll are separate paid stories, each $5.99 at the October 2026 US regular price; the soundtrack is another purchase. They expand the cast without giving the base’s affection system deeper routes. End Roll’s animation updates continued through October 2024, so complaints about its unfinished launch material do not describe this base.
The developer’s October 2026 itch offer starts at $19.99 and includes all three story DLCs, but matching update versions across stores are unconfirmed. The separate 2024 Steam release reduces explicit content. The edition name matters as much as the price.
Verdict
At the October 2026 US regular price of $5.99, Secret Pie is a reasonable purchase for voiced, animated anime porn. Its appealing women and galleries give the sex some replay value, and Touch Mode adds a little interaction. The romance offers much less: Ian’s behavior, abrupt transitions and weak choices squander the cast’s appeal, while clumsy reading tools punish a second pass through the story. Enjoying the illustrations is a better reason to buy than expecting convincing intimacy. The extra stories add women and themes, but the base needs better chemistry before it needs a bigger cast.

- +Explicit scenes and replay galleries, with a free Touch Mode extra
- +Easy access to sex without money or stat farming
Drawbacks
- −Rushed relationships and affection points with little consequence
- −Clumsy English, tedious rereading and an abrupt ending
Questions before you play
Which Secret Pie release includes uncensored sex?
Secret Pie (Adult Version), Steam app 1802870, includes uncensored sex scenes in the base purchase, with no separate adult-content purchase required. The other Steam release, Secret Pie from 2024, is app 3088120 and advertises reduced nudity. The two releases are different packages.
Does the base purchase include Festival, Hidden Room and End Roll?
No. These are three separately sold story DLCs for Adult Version, each $5.99 at the October 2026 US regular price. The soundtrack is separate too. The developer’s October 2026 itch offer starts at $19.99 and includes DLC 1–3; that broader package is outside the scored Steam base.
Can I choose one woman’s route and shape the ending?
The main story follows a shared sequence involving the principal women. Responses affect favorability and achievements, but the points do not turn it into an exclusive-route dating game. Control over sexual progression is limited, and distinct ending variations remain unconfirmed.
What does Touch Mode let me do?
Added in the free June 2022 update, Touch Mode gives selected gallery material mouse-driven contact and character reactions. It sits alongside ordinary image and scene replay. It does not give you control over every story sex scene, camera angle or position.
Are the women voiced in English?
No. The main women’s dialogue and sex scenes use Japanese performances. English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are listed as text options, while Japanese is the only language listed with full audio. The English adaptation is rough, and full voicing for every incidental character is unconfirmed.
Is the reviewed game available for Mac, Linux or Android?
The Steam Adult Version lists Windows only, as does the developer’s separate itch offer. Mac and Linux labels on the optional soundtrack apply to the music package, not the game. A native Android release and compatibility on other operating systems have not been established.
