Richard has sold his soul for a dead-end job. Under Contract offers an unusually appealing grievance procedure: battle colleagues and bosses at a vertical arcade puzzler, with sex waiting along the climb out of his demonic employer's grip. The fantasy runs on retaliation against office bullies, attraction to commanding women and the prospect of turning professional authority into something indecent.
That combination works when anticipation makes the next puzzle matter and a tough victory makes the reward sweeter. The game keeps interrupting that rhythm with long dialogue stretches and survival rounds that blur together. Version 0.6.1 expands Finance with more coworkers, but it still stops before the final confrontations. For a story built around working your way to the top, an unfinished climb is a substantial disappointment.
The cast knows how to boss you around
Dominique gives the company its appealingly nasty center. Human coworkers and demonic staff turn workplace friction into sexual power games, with horns, tails, office clothes and boobs supplying the cartoon attraction. These women have plenty of presence and little interest in being polite to Richard. Their encounters are loud and confrontational, so a taste for mean women helps considerably.
Sinder brings a punishing management style to Finance, while sales-rep twins Puck and Mare split ambition and laziness between them. Julia, Sandra and Lizzy add rescue stories in 0.6.1. There is enough personality to make choosing a favorite worthwhile, but attraction develops much faster than intimacy. Rescuing a coworker gives her a useful role as a puzzle companion; it rarely leads to the sustained private interaction her introduction seems to promise.
The puzzles deserve the attention they demand

This is a vertical grab-and-throw game, closer to Magical Drop than a relaxed tile-swapping board. Richard moves beneath the stack, collects colored gems and throws them into columns to make matches. Timed survival stages put pressure on you to keep the board from reaching the bottom, while versus encounters add attacks and shields. A well-placed combination is satisfying in its own right, giving the game something to offer even before the next sex scene.
Companion powers and hazards give that simple action useful variation. Rocks, bubbles and falling threats change what needs attention, while selecting a companion gives you some tactical say over how to reach the next reward. Finance's newer obstacles can be punishing even on an easier setting: the vibrator hazard is a particularly effective way to replace anticipation with another failed round. Rebindable controls help, but keyboard navigation remains cumbersome. A controller suits the arcade structure.
Short scenes, limited chemistry

Winning encounters and reaching story nodes unlock the scenes, including lighter femdom, foot fetish material and sex with multiple partners. Office humiliation and demonic bargains give the power imbalance a comic frame. The fantasy gets most of its charge from domination and turning the tables, with little room to negotiate a relationship. Characters make appealing rewards for progress, which makes their limited romantic development all the more noticeable.
The sex uses fixed animations rather than manual touch or free posing. Some encounters have more stages than the brief minion rewards, but short loops do much of the work. You control the puzzles and exploration that bring you to a scene, with no control over its choreography. The gallery lets you replay unlocked favorites, while hiding the dialogue interface clears space for the animation. Arcade coins also buy erotic stills. These are useful reasons to return, though a larger picture collection does little for a coworker whose chemistry stalls after her rescue.
The style lands more reliably than the jokes

The stylized 3D cast gives Under Contract a look of its own. Exaggerated designs suit the rude office comedy, and the deliberately stepped animation has character. It can also look jerky: awkward faces and intersecting bodies distract from the attraction, while brief loops expose the limits of the movement. The better scenes rely on personality and framing to sell the attraction; the weaker ones struggle to make a repeated pose feel alive.
The music gives puzzle sessions a lively groove and office scenes a playful atmosphere. Voices are mostly short character clips, leaving much of the dialogue to read. Sex audio has been uneven in earlier builds, and it remains unclear whether every 0.6.1 scene now has complete audio. The comedy has a more obvious problem: corporate puns fit the setting, but repeated swearing and dated internet references can crowd out flirtation. Long exposition and repeated transitions then prolong the wait for both puzzles and sex.
The unfinished finale is part of the price

In October 2026, GOG's DRM-free Windows base game was $9.99 in the US, with explicit sex included. The optional $5.99 Paper Jams add-on supplies soundtrack files, with no extra scenes or story. Version 0.6.1 has playable Marketing and expanded Finance, including the newer coworkers, arcade rewards and hazards. The Finance boss conclusion, Human Resources and boardroom confrontation remain unfinished. Richard's escape still lacks the ending the premise leads you toward.
That offer is reasonable for readers who want both the puzzle challenge and the porn. Harder stages, companion powers and arcade images give you things to pursue beyond replaying a sex loop. They also expose the limits: survival rounds blur together, favorite coworkers get little romantic follow-through, and the plot cuts off. After the long gap before August 2026's update, buying on the promise of a finished campaign is a poor wager.
Verdict
Under Contract's arcade challenge makes earning its porn enjoyable, and the domineering office cast gives the effort a distinctive fantasy. The puzzles are the stronger half of the arrangement: short sex loops, thin relationships and uneven presentation keep the rewards from matching the characters' initial promise. The missing campaign finale leaves the entire climb without a conclusion. At GOG's October 2026 price of $9.99 US, the 0.6.1 game is worth buying for that combination of puzzles and smut. For sustained intimacy or a finished escape story, it remains a frustrating choice.

Questions before you play
Is Under Contract's GOG campaign complete?
No. The reviewed GOG Windows edition is version 0.6.1 and is listed as in development. Marketing and expanded Finance are playable, but the Finance boss conclusion, Human Resources and boardroom confrontation remain unfinished.
How do the match-three puzzles work?
Richard moves beneath the stack, grabs gems and throws them into columns to make matches. Survival stages and versus opponents put you under pressure, so this calls for quicker reactions than a relaxed tile-swapping game. Difficulty settings are available, but newer hazards can still be demanding.
Can you control or replay the sex scenes?
The scenes use fixed animations, with no manual touch or free posing. Encounters and story progress unlock them for replay in the gallery. You can also spend arcade coins on erotic stills.
Does GOG's edition need an adult patch or sex DLC?
Sex is included in the base game, and no separate adult patch or paid sex unlock was listed for the reviewed offer. In October 2026, the US base price was $9.99. The optional $5.99 Paper Jams add-on contains soundtrack files rather than additional scenes or chapters.
Can you filter out the foot fetish scenes?
The developer says there is no dedicated filter for these scenes. Their guidance is that the feet content can be ignored along the main path; it does not amount to a setting that removes it.
Which platforms does the GOG edition support?
The selected GOG edition supports Windows. It includes a DRM-free offline installer, and Galaxy is optional. macOS, Linux and Android support are outside this offer.
