Check the chosen model’s licence and hardware needs separately from Ollama’s MIT runtime licence. Optional Cloud processes requests remotely. Ollama’s service terms broadly prohibit offensive content without defining permission for adult writing; their scope includes software, so local use does not establish clearance.
