Banker Tomoki Nakamoto needs a break, and a massage spa offers a particularly attractive one. A spa visit can end in sex; dates beyond the treatment room offer the chance to turn a paid encounter into a relationship. Full Service has a clear gay fantasy and knows how to draw the men who make it inviting.
The harder part is making them feel close. Flirtation, private conversations and individual conflicts give courtship some substance, but gifts and repetitive hangouts do too much of the work. A beautiful man can make the next sex scene worth pursuing; he still needs something interesting to say along the way.
A spa with a convincing fantasy

Sex fits the setting from the first spa visit. The therapists' specialties help distinguish their appeal: Kovit brings open flirtation to Thai massage, Remi's model persona has a cooler polish, and Rald pairs deep-tissue treatment with the authority of Tomoki's formidable boss. Their differences give the choice of partner some personality before a romance has had time to develop.
Spa services bought with in-game money offer immediate erotic encounters. Affection events, outings and private conversations then give later sex the chance to mean something more to Tomoki. That progression makes room for both casual desire and attachment. The game sometimes rushes past the latter, though: conversations keep circling back to sex, cutting short emotional moments that could make the next encounter more intimate. There is plenty of lust here, but the relationships do not always catch up.
Handsome men, uneven chemistry
Kovit's easy flirtation and Rald's authority offer distinct reasons to pursue them, and later introductions broaden the cast. Individual conflicts help some men become more than attractive designs. Others get less time to establish a connection with Tomoki, especially those who arrive later. Short heart events carry much of the emotional development, so the strength of a romance depends heavily on how much personality fits between the routine hangouts.
The cheerful spa also conceals a darker story. Disappearances lead into a mystery involving exploitation, and the game includes non-consensual sex, bondage and implied drug use. These themes can sharply change the mood of an otherwise comforting fantasy. The mystery gives the story stakes, but the romance does not always handle the shift well.
Clocking in for affection

Courtship follows Tomoki's calendar: earn money in the work minigame, find a bachelor on the city map, give gifts and spend time together. Favorite presents raise affection, opening individual heart events and influencing endings. Deciding whom to pursue matters. The trouble is what fills the gaps: generic hangouts add little conversation, and concentrating on one man can leave empty days between meaningful scenes. Affection rises more reliably than chemistry.
A skip option for the work minigame and the free Starter Items Pack's gifts and powerful affection boosts make the chores easier. Nighttime hangouts offer another chance to build affection, although the main bachelors' special heart events cannot trigger then. Perfect endings unlock after-stories, and another route opens on a second playthrough. Those are worthwhile incentives to return; reaching them means revisiting much of the shared story and daily routine.
The art knows its audience

Mazjojo's men are the strongest reason to stay: broad shoulders, big pecs and expressive faces give the erotic illustrations a confident appeal. Exploring partners and endings fills the gallery with different settings and sexual dynamics. Good staging makes an encounter feel personal to the man involved, rather than merely another reward for reaching an affection threshold. Repeated scene structures and occasional awkward anatomy weaken that effect. The supply of images is generous; the sex is not always as varied as the number suggests.
Most encounters use illustrated scenes and dialogue. Animation appears in the after-stories unlocked by perfect endings, so expect selected animated rewards rather than animation throughout. Partial English and Japanese voice acting combines recurring reaction clips in everyday dialogue with fuller performances in selected scenes. The voices can make the men feel closer, but repeated clips and uneven delivery can also break the mood. Bright music suits the flirtation better than the darker plot.
A stronger buy on sale
The Steam desktop base game is complete and uncensored, including its sex scenes and after-stories without an adult-unlock purchase or external patch. At the October 2026 price check, it cost $39.99 regularly and $19.99 on sale in the US. The lower price makes its generous erotic art easier to recommend; full price asks a lot of such repetitive dating. Pursuing several men makes better use of the package. Following a single romance leaves more of the erotic variety unseen while exposing the thin daily routine.
At that same October 2026 check, the Doctor Ken and Rudolf Schwarz paid flings cost $4.99 and $3.99 before discounts. Their heart events happen at night, and neither changes the main ending: they add encounters without full new romantic conclusions. The $14.99 Visual Guide helps with affection and endings and includes exclusive bonus fiction about Tomoki and the twins. It is optional; the romances can be finished without it. The review's recommendation covers the base game and free starter pack.
Verdict

Full Service is an appealing choice for gay erotic art and a spa fantasy that lets casual sex grow into romance. Its handsome men and generous illustrations make the encounters worth pursuing, with animated after-stories rewarding perfect endings. Courtship is the weak link: gifts, thin hangouts and repeated workdays drain chemistry, while the darker material unsettles the cheerful mood. I recommend it at the $19.99 US sale price recorded in October 2026, especially for readers keen to pursue several men. The $39.99 regular price is harder to justify for relationships this uneven.

Questions before you play
Does Full Service on Steam need an adult patch or uncensoring DLC?
No. The Steam desktop base game is uncensored and includes its adult encounters and after-stories. Doctor Ken and Rudolf Schwarz add optional characters and flings; they do not unlock the base game's sex scenes.
How do romance and sex scenes unlock?
Spa services use in-game money. Gifts, conversations and hangouts build affection, opening individual heart events and influencing endings. Perfect endings unlock after-stories with animated CG sequences, and another route becomes available on a second playthrough.
Can I skip work and reduce gift grinding?
Yes. The work minigame has a skip option. The free Starter Items Pack supplies one of each item plus Promised Rings that strongly raise affection. Nighttime hangouts offer more chances to build affection, although the main bachelors' heart events cannot trigger at night.
What do the Doctor Ken and Rudolf Schwarz DLC packs add?
Each adds an optional fling, character interactions, heart events and CG sets. Their special events trigger at night once the relevant locations and characters appear. Neither changes the main ending. At the October 2026 check, regular US prices were $4.99 for Ken and $3.99 for Rudolf, with discounts also available.
Is Full Service fully voiced and animated?
No. Most scenes use illustrations with partial English and Japanese voice acting, including repeated reaction clips in ordinary dialogue. Animation appears in the after-stories unlocked by perfect endings.
Is the romance consistently light and consensual?
No. The spa flirtation and dates share the story with disappearances and exploitation. The developer discloses non-consensual sex, bondage and implied drug use. Many encounters grow from mutual attraction, but the darker scenes make this an uneven fit for anyone seeking a consistently comforting romance.
