Humans are not that against Lizardwomen 2 has a direct solution to interspecies conflict: more sex, fewer hostilities. Unfortunately, a peace treaty still requires somebody to clear a match-three board. This sequel mixes scaly lovers, heroic stupidity and demons peddling capitalism into a cartoon fantasy with room for both affection and arousal. Its illustrated women and animated encounters carry the attraction. Another puzzle attempt, a mangled English line or one reference too many can then kill the mood. Beneath the boobs and noise is a charming adventure that badly needed a firmer editor.

Ratibor, the human champion, and Veinte, his lizard warrior partner, travel to Atlantis after their peoples' reconciliation. Their established relationship is one of the sequel's best assets: shared adventures give their affection a playful, domestic quality, even when the world insists on making everything a sex joke. That attachment makes the couple worth following between encounters and gives the erotic fantasy some warmth.

Other strands follow Milfoslava and Malsas, and the spectacularly inept Dolboslav with the demon Dusya. Dusya's attempts at deception suffer because she is scarcely more competent than her companion. Their mutual foolishness gives the comedy a different rhythm from the central couple's partnership. The cast has recognisable personalities, although most rarely develop beyond the traits that support their jokes and sexual roles.

Human women, reptilian warriors and other mythic partners offer a varied fantasy, with extravagant bodies and personalities to match. Boobs are an enthusiastic design principle, but the attraction also comes from proud women, dangerous power and lovers getting through trouble together. Group sex, BDSM themes and peeping keep the tone bawdy. The game is strongest when a character's particular appeal survives the joke; a succession of unrelated references can push desire into the background.

The boards decide which pleasures you earn

Match-three determines which story branches you can choose. Each board presents objectives tied to possible outcomes; meeting a condition makes its path available. That gives the puzzles a meaningful connection to the story. You work towards the encounter or development you want, and a limited number of moves makes that preference a practical problem.

Objectives and layouts vary, with obstacles and tasks such as moving an object to its destination. Currency earned during play buys consumable boosts to help with difficult boards. Choosing when to spend them adds planning alongside the luck of incoming tiles. That is welcome when a board feels worth solving, less so when the sexual outcome you want remains several failed attempts away.

A fallback can keep the story moving without awarding your desired sexual branch. It prevents one missed objective from ending the adventure, but continuing without the sex is scant consolation if that was why you chose the path. Returning for another outcome means repeating puzzle work. The system suits someone who enjoys earning erotic variations through play; if the board becomes a toll booth, the jokes do little to restore the mood.

Colourful art, uneven animation

The artwork favours exuberant cartoon shapes and expressive fantasy designs. Scaly women and demonic partners have immediate appeal, while the surrounding adventure often relies on static backgrounds and familiar character poses. Reused sprites and limited expressions make ordinary dialogue less lively than the sex. Some encounters also repeat familiar staging, so a new partner does not always feel like a fresh scene.

The sex combines illustrated animation with still material. Motion, voiced dialogue and sexual sound give encounters more presence than a static reward card. The December 2025 update animated previously static Veinte and Dusya scenes and added further sexual material. Those additions improved the released sequel, though its presentation remains a mixture of animation and stills.

Russian and English voices give the cast personality. The Russian performance suits the broad, theatrical comedy particularly well; English acting can also make a ridiculous line entertaining. Volume differences, mismatched speech and subtitles, and uneven delivery undermine that appeal. An intimate exchange loses its charge when reading and listening seem to be having different conversations. The animation cannot do every part of the scene's job.

The jokes need an editor as much as the subtitles

Demons offering casinos, debt and other dubious capitalist opportunities make an enjoyably stupid threat to this improbable world. The parallel adventures eventually meet, giving the story a destination. Enthusiasm and affection for the cast make the silliness easier to enjoy. The trouble is how much unrelated internet culture the script tries to cram into the journey.

A reference can get a laugh while telling us nothing about the person making it, and this sequel has plenty of those. Repetition and digressions crowd out adventurous danger, comic affection and sex. Dolboslav's expanded role depends heavily on how entertaining you find his stupidity. The warmer relationship moments would carry more weight if the writing let them breathe before producing another wink.

English adds friction of its own: clumsy phrasing, text that differs from the acting and stray untranslated material weaken the banter. Localization fixes arrived after release, but the script remains an awkward English read. The missing text backlog and rollback are especially irritating when you miss a line or want to reconsider a joke. Even a deliberately daft porn comedy needs to be easy to follow.

The sequel and its separate extras

The trip to Atlantis belongs to the released sequel. At the October 2026 check, the Steam base had a $9.99 US list price and included explicit sex. No separate adult-restoration patch was advertised. This purchase covers the released sequel and its delivered scene additions. The first game and Hyperborea: Hornysolation are separate releases, regardless of their shared world and appearances in the announcements.

At the same October 2026 check, the $8.99 Supporter Art&Animations Pack supplied original-resolution game artwork, animations and extras as files. The $5.99 Deluxe Edition Upgrade offered an artbook with artist comments and additional universe stories; the $3.99 soundtrack was a separate music collection. None was presented as a required sexual unlock or a new playable campaign. The art pack costs almost as much as the base, so the appeal has to be owning the files themselves.

Steam lists the base for Windows, with nine text languages and English and Russian audio. The other language listings do not include additional dubs. Voices contribute enough to the comedy and chemistry to make that distinction useful, though English speech and subtitles do not always agree. A language tick on the store page cannot tell you how comfortably the banter will read.

Verdict

Lizardwomen 2 is a worthwhile niche purchase for adults who want scaly lovers and enjoy match-three. Colourful fantasy women, animated sex and theatrical voices give it erotic appeal, while Ratibor and Veinte bring warmth to the absurd adventure. Branching objectives offer meaningful variations, but retries can turn anticipation into chores. Rough English and relentless references also keep getting in the way of chemistry, and missing reading tools make replay awkward. The $9.99 US list price recorded in October 2026 is fair for the complete comedy and included porn. The optional art and lore packs add collectibles; they cannot repair the script.

What works

  • +Animated sex, character voices and varied fantasy partners give the base a strong adult payoff
  • +Ratibor and Veinte's partnership and the parallel comic adventures give the cast personality
  • +Puzzle objectives unlock different story branches and sexual outcomes

Drawbacks

  • −Rough English, inconsistent audio and crowded references weaken banter and intimacy
  • −Repeated boards and missing backlog and rollback make branching replay a chore

Questions before you play

Do I need to own the first Lizardwomen game?

No ownership requirement for the first game is advertised; the sequel is sold as its own Steam base purchase. The story continues Ratibor and Veinte's relationship and the peace between their peoples, so knowing the predecessor helps the returning cast and jokes make sense. The first game is not included.

Does the Steam base include sex, or is a patch required?

Explicit sex and nudity are included in the base offer. No separate adult-restoration patch or mandatory sexual DLC is advertised. Encounters mix animation and still material; the December 2025 update added scenes and animated previously static Veinte and Dusya encounters.

Can I skip the match-three boards to reach the sex?

Puzzle objectives determine access to branches and their rewards. A fallback can let the story continue without the desired sexual outcome, while boosts bought with earned in-game currency help with difficult boards. Skipping dialogue does not complete the objectives, so enjoying the puzzles matters.

Which voices, languages and platforms are offered?

The assessed Steam base lists Windows only, with English and Russian audio. French, Italian, German, Spanish–Spain, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are additional text listings, without extra dubs. The developer described the delivered Chinese localization as machine-made. English text and voice consistency remain weaknesses.

What do the three paid extras add?

At the October 2026 check, US list prices were $8.99 for the Supporter Art&Animations Pack, $5.99 for the Deluxe Edition Upgrade and $3.99 for the soundtrack. The first supplies original-resolution game art, animations and extras as files; the second adds an artbook and universe stories; the third supplies music. They are separate collectibles, without an advertised additional playable campaign or a required patch.

How useful is replay for favourite encounters?

Episode selection and alternate branch outcomes let you revisit the story and earned material. Opening another path still involves its puzzle conditions, so collecting different encounters can mean repeated board work. The missing text backlog and rollback also make rereading less convenient. Replay offers variations, but returning to the sex takes effort.
