Firefly Video is a sensible choice for short, non-explicit trailer inserts when you already use Adobe’s browser-based video editor. You can generate a clip and drop it onto the timeline, making environmental shots and visual transitions practical uses alongside genuine game footage. First and last reference frames help define a shot’s endpoints, but they disable several other controls. Choose the Adobe model explicitly; partner models share the interface, so check the terms for the model you select. For adult-game marketing, its role stops at non-explicit material; Adobe prohibits pornography and explicit nudity.
Commercial use & license
Proprietary hosted model. Adobe’s service terms and your selected plan govern access and use; no downloadable weight license is established.
Adult content rules
Adobe’s generative AI guidelines prohibit pornography and explicit nudity.
What you need
Use the Firefly video editor (beta) in a supported desktop browser and choose Firefly Video from the model menu. The default output is five seconds at 24 fps. Adding a first or last reference frame disables composition reference, motion reference, shot size, camera angle and style controls.
Ranks are recommendations for the task described, based on reviewed documentation. Model ranks cover non-explicit development work. We have not run practical benchmarks. Check content policies and commercial terms separately. How the ranks work →
