Qwen-Image-Edit-2511 is a strong candidate for teams that want local control over revisions to approved character art. It uses Apache 2.0 and accepts multiple input images; Qwen reports improvements in identity preservation, consistency in images with multiple people and geometric editing. Its S-tier recommendation fits this workflow, though faces and unchanged details still need close inspection. Start with an approved reference pack, request one change at a time and compare the result against the source. Qwen-Image-2512 is a separate generation model, so name the exact editing base when choosing LoRAs and workflows. Quantized and reduced-step community versions need their own compatibility, license and quality checks.
